We made our remote support easy.   Click the link below and then enter the 6-digit code that you are provided by the BEI Engineeer.  Click "Start Download" and run the file that is downloaded.  Once downloaded and ran, you will be prompted to allow and/or continue as needed.  When allowed, the Engineer will have remote control of your PC and will resolve your issue.  Once the application is closed, the Engineer no longer has remote control of your PC.
